You are grouped into teams of 5. You select a viable business idea from our provided set, choose a project name, and commit to building a realistic software product over 12 months.
Each sprint incorporates real-world training to fill in gaps, followed by hands-on practice to bed in what has been learnt. Any technical gaps will be fully addressed during the simulation.
Every member takes turns acting as the Scrum Master on a part-time basis, leading the team's stand-ups, unblocking issues, and coordinating directly with the Lead Architect.
Whenever there is a reduction in engagement by a team member, a professional software engineer from our network steps in to pair-program and cover, ensuring your delivery velocity never stalls.
