In the real world, software engineering is a team sport. At Team Ready, you are not working in isolation. You are embedded in a structured 5-person team, managing your sprint board, communicating on internal chat, and conducting daily stand-ups to unblock development. You are grouped into teams of 5. You select a viable business idea from our provided set, choose a project name, and commit to building a realistic software product over 12 months.

Unlike static courses that teach a single topic, our workspace simulates the entire Software Delivery Life-Cycle (SDLC). Over the 12-month period, you will rotate across 5 critical engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on software, design and operational confidence. Along the way, you will pick up real-world, professional team etiquette.

Full Stack Developer with AI

Build and maintain both front-end and back-end systems, integrating AI tools and APIs into production-grade features across the full stack.

Learning curriculum

  • Modern React (v19) & TypeScript fundamentals

  • Database schema design & migrations (SQL/Prisma)
